For an appetizer, try the crab, spinach and artichoke dip served
with warm flat bread, before moving on to our chef's
specials:
- Filet mignon wrapped in bacon and accompanied by crusty fried
oysters and mashed potatoes.
- Sesame seared yellow fin tuna, seared rare and served sushi
style with pickled ginger, wasabi drizzle, soy dipping sauce and
seaweed salad is a local favorite. It is offered both as an appetizer
and main entrée.
- The pistachio encrusted grouper over fresh spinach fettuccine
with a roasted tomato and garlic cream sauce should not to be
missed.
Our crab stuffed Triggerfish and crab stuffed lobster tail topped
with a garlic and herb cream sauce, are also top sellers. Every
time we take the stuffed items off the specials we get complaints!!!
Most people who dine at the Sandbar are looking for fresh seafood
so we usually have tuna, grouper, trigger and either flounder, mahi
or wahoo.
